Our Story
Hidden in the heart of the beautiful Bisham Village is The Bull Inn where a warm welcome awaits from Andres Lopez and his family, wife Carmen and son Miguel.
Over the last two decades, through his knowledge and experience spanning four decades, Andres has forged a superb reputation based on a successful blend of attentive and precise service with fabulous and articulate cooking. He has succeeded in transforming this Buckinghamshire village into the very heart of France and the illusion is maintained with a beautiful menu and extensive wine list, which features the very finest selections from the house cellar.
Upon arrival an array of seafood and meat dishes are on show in a refrigerated cabinet display, the contents of which are presented and explained to all guests. Guests may choose from a very extensive selection of dishes, some of which may be flambéed by your table in the dining room overlooking the splendid garden. If not for the aforementioned, then simply for their acclaimed sweet trolley, The Bull Inn is worthy of a visit.

Over the last two decades The Bull Inn has forged a formidable repute as one of the most elegant addresses in Buckinghamshire. Dating back to 1252, this establishment has always been acknowledged as a standard bearer of traditional gastronomy. In 2007, the Bull Inn received the International Restaurant of the Year Award at a catering ceremony held in Spain, honouring gastronomic excellence. The cuisine at The Bull Inn is French European with particular Spanish influences.
Inside the walls of this beautiful 13th century landscape nothing is left to chance with all traditional occasions catered for in a manner of complete indulgence, be it a cosy lunch or dinner, business entertaining, parties or weddings. The Bull Inn is licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies and indeed has been host to many lavish celebrations over the years.
